Why do full moons bring so many feels?

The Moon is that celestial body that governs our moods and feelings. Water is the element that represents our emotions, and it is a known fact that the Full Moon activity interferes with the tides of the ocean. Now, if we consider that we humans are composed of 60% water, it makes sense that our emotions reach their highest peak during the Full Moon.

The Moon speaks about our inner self, the one we hide from most people during our daily activities. When there’s a Full Moon, it means that the Sun’s beams are illuminating this satellite and bringing to light those truths we were not taking into account.

Some react with fear to this new information, and others with relief, prompting them to break free from old patterns and embrace a new way of living. Regardless of how you feel about it, during the Full Moon, it will be impossible to hide those behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that we usually keep hidden deep in our psyche, which becomes an emotionally draining experience.

Most people are not used to dealing with their emotions, and Full Moons can bring drama, conflict, and a sense of defeat into their lives. However, these crises herald a fresh start, an opportunity to wipe the slate clean and start from scratch. It is our opportunity to become aware of our past behaviors and make decisions based on our well-being.
